Default Good PvE Factions build?

What's a good build for getting through factions.

Edit*

Sorry I probably should put in some things about my char.

I am currently a level 20 w/mo using a victo's axe.
I can get pretty much any skill that isnt an elite(I just finished the kraken mish so if there are any good elites to nab it would be nice to know)

A W/Mo build that i use is this: Executioners Strike / Penetrating Blow / Penetrating Chop / Lacerating Chop / Dismember / Healing Breeze / Healing Hands / Mending.

My attributes are these: 8 Healing Prayers / 13 Strength / 12 Axe Mastery... Plus a few extras and what not.

Hope this helps a bit. Healing Hands is however a Elite Skill. However, a good skill to replace Healing Hands is Rebirth.

(I am originally a Prophacies player and can not garentee that you will be able to cap, or purchase these skills. I'm sure you can think of skills to replace others if they are not available, thank you.)

If you're going axe, Triple Chop is the elite to cap in Factions.

If you only have access to Factions skills, I think axe is a poor weapon choice, because you don't have access to Eviscerate - whereas with sword you have access to the utterly ridiculous Dragon Slash.

The only self-heal you should ever have for non-solo play is Healing Signet.

for pve play, triple chop is the elite to use for axe. it's available relatively early in the game too, just outside of kaineng/marketplace. you can add in cyclone axe too for some nice aoe damage. drop your victo's axe and pick up a wing's axe for the zealous mod.

the rest is up to you.

don't use mending.
ever.

I still don't think that Eviscerate is all that great in PvE...

In PvP, of course, nothing comes close. But in PvE it's to many hits to deal damage to one baddie that dies quickly enough as it is.

The mentioned Triple chop is the best choice, but I also like Whirling Axe.
